LABC
New Home Warranty
The LABC New Home
Warranty is committed to quality, both in terms of ensuring
that houses are built to the highest possible standards and also delivering a high
quality service to developers and policyholders.
Because we take time to understand your business, we’re able to recognise quality
developers and reward them with extremely competitive premiums, along with the market-leading
terms you’d expect from your warranty provider.
LABC New Home Warranty caters for conversion, new build and mixed use developments.
Technical audits are provided by a national network of Surveyors. All our Surveyors
have a wealth of practical experience, and an in-depth understanding of the building
industry. They have expertise in a wide variety of construction methods, so whether
it’s the conversion of a listed building, or the construction of a high-rise apartment
block, you can rest assured you’ll receive expert advice and guidance.
To ensure the quality of our technical audit service, all participating Surveyors
are subject to a rigorous vetting process, which measures their performance against
key performance indicators.
This function is carried out by our in-house technical services unit, which in addition
to its audit function provides information to our clients on a wide range of technical
and risk management issues.
Our services include a simple and efficient registration process, and in most cases,
your quotation should be with you in 5 working days. Registration is free and payments
can be spread over a number of interest-free instalments.
If the quotation provided is acceptable, developers are required to join the
LABC New Home Warranty Register.
We have taken great care to ensure that the registration process is as streamlined
as possible. Once you have registered as a developer you will need to register each
development individually.
