The LABC Self Build Warranty
has been designed specifically for individuals building
their own homes and applies to both new build and conversions. The cover relies
on a series of key stage inspections, carried out by a fully qualified Site Audit
Surveyor.
Your Site Audit Surveyor will carry out a comprehensive risk assessment, to ensure
the property is built to the required standard. You will be kept fully informed
throughout the assessment and alerted of any delays, should they arise.
The LABC Self Build Warranty
