If you consider that you have a potential claim, please contact our Claims department and they will send you the relevant claims forms and explanatory leaflets.  You will need to complete the forms and return them together with photographs, reports and copies of any correspondence as listed in those documents.  Our Claims staff will be able to assist you should you be unsure of the information required.
